Just yesterday I was reading an article about Barbara Corcoran on Yahoo! Finance interviewed by Andy Serwer.
Speaking about homebuyers moving quickly in today’s market, Barbara Corcoran said “There’s nothing to be gained by waiting whatsoever,” she added. “Absolutely nothing.”
She added “I think the return on investment is phenomenal, and has been in so many markets in so many cities throughout the U.S.,”. “It’s probably the best market I’ve ever seen in my life,” she said. “I’ve never seen it more tantalizing and with more promise.”
