It’s all about delivery these days.  Everything comes right to you, wherever you are.  I’ve been a delivery fan from way back when. My friends called me the FedEx Queen!  I loved Overnight, give me some Next Day Delivery Early AM, and how I miss my NYC pick-up and delivery in one hour, that was delivery in the 1990’s!

Saved Search vs. Saved Favorite Properties, what’s the difference.

In Listing Manager it’s simple, begin a search in a specific zip code, or by # of bedrooms or by price range, you can then Save this Search so you can use this search criteria again and have it automatically updated with new listings and information.

Or in Listing Manager you can save an individual property to your “favorites” list. This allows you to go back and review and compare properties you are interested in and find them easily.
